The sun was out and in full force this morning after several wet and rainy days earlier this week.
Today is the birthday of a co-worker of mine and when they called a fake meeting I was surprised to see it was for me! The cup cakes were red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Yum!

It’s a cool drizzly morning. I once again have time to stop and moblog on my way to work.
Yesterday it was full and today it is merely a trickle. The weather is getting warmer and all of the winter crud needed to be flushed.
This guy looked comfy all spread out on the Metro seat. He was asleep when the train rolled in to Glenmont at the end of the Red Line. When I got off at Metro Center, 40 minutes later, he was in a different position but still asleep.
