Some days are just more awesome than others. Take March 10th, for example, which is the International Day of Awesomeness. Started by Kevin Lawver as an unserious conversation at work, International Day of Awesomeness was created to celebrate any feat of awesomeness. Whether it be programming an awesome website, writing a blog post about someone that epitomizes awesomeness, or just plain being your awesome self, International Day of Awesomeness can mean different things to everyone. For instance, Kevin Lawver plans on wearing a cape.

INCIDENT: Attempt Bank Robbery/Note
OCCURRED: February 29th at 12:40p.m.
LOCATION: 7406 Baltimore Avenue/Chevy Chase Bank
PGPD case #: 08-060-0765

On 02-29-08 @ 12:40p.m. the suspect entered the Chevy Chase Bank located at 7406 Baltimore Ave. College Park, MD.

The suspect approached the victim teller and passed a handwritten note to the victim. The victim advised that the note stated “$3000 NOW.” The victim advised that she acted confused by the suspects note and asked him for his account number. The suspect advised that he did not have one and in a low threatening tone stated “just give me the money.” The victim then asked the manager to come over and assist. The manager/witness came over to assist and asked the suspect some questions. The suspect then changed his story and advised that he wanted a cash advance. The suspect walked out of the bank and turned left, fleeing on foot.

I love eating plain toast. It’s just like bread only warm and crispy. Probably the biggest advantage is how easy it is to pop two pieces of bread in the toaster and be done with it. If there was something like a toaster for steak, then I probably would eat it as much as I eat warm, crispy bread.

Luckily Ariete makes a product called the SteakHouse Grill which pretty much fills the fantasy of any lazy steak lover. Functioning pretty much like a George Foreman grill, the 2000 watt vertical cooker allows fat to drip out the bottom while cooking the meat on both sides. I don’t think the cooked meat pops-up when done but this shiny kitchen appliance is certainly more eye catching than that rusty old cooking pan.

This burly man toaster can be yours for the mere price of €150. Yowza! On second thought I think I’ll just have toast.
